1. Privacy Policy
MyPiggy ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
- Information you submit through our contact form: your name, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry.
- Information you provide during a financial needs analysis and in the course of receiving financial advice (personal, financial, tax and investment information necessary to advise you appropriately, as required by the FAIS General Code of Conduct).
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you.
- To perform a personal needs analysis and provide suitable financial advice and intermediary services.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including FAIS, FICA (anti-money-laundering) and tax legislation.
How it is processed and stored
- Contact form submissions are transmitted securely to our practice via our website service providers and email. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
- Where advice involves products of third-party providers (including Warwick Wealth), relevant information is shared with those providers solely to implement your instructions.
- Client records are retained for the periods required by FAIS and related legislation (a minimum of five years), after which they are securely destroyed.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing, by contacting our Information Officer:

4. FAIS Disclosures, Complaints & the FAIS Ombud
Licence disclosure
MyPiggy is a registered Financial Services Provider — FSCA licence no. 33855 — operating under licence of Warwick Wealth, FSCA licence no. 44731. Financial services are rendered in accordance with the FAIS Act and its General Code of Conduct.
Conflicts of interest
We maintain a conflict of interest management policy as required by the FAIS General Code of Conduct. A copy is available on request from peet@kellock.co.za.
How to complain
- Step 1 — Tell us. Submit your complaint in writing to peet@kellock.co.za. We will acknowledge it promptly, investigate, and respond with our resolution.
- Step 2 — The FAIS Ombud. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within six weeks, you may refer it to the Ombud for Financial Services Providers (FAIS Ombud), who resolves complaints against FSPs fairly, informally and free of charge.
